Business travelers have to eat. Those of us who spend a significant chunk of our lives on the road could easily end up eating junk food, fast food and quick convenience store sugar and grease. It's just plain hard to follow a healthy diet when juggling travel logistics with work schedules, meetings, phone calls and deadlines. This series of travel and diet articles is here to help. Don't forget to exercise too, when on the go. It's easy to use those ubiquitous Hotel Fitness Centers, especially if you check Expedia.com when you plan your travels (you can choose hotels with fitness centers as a parameter in your search).
