Business TravelCalling On The Road
» todzio - onesuite Starting a new job with a fair amount of travel to out of the way places. wondering what the best bus. travel solution for phone calls when cell service is spotty or my provider doesn't have coverage. racking up roaming charges is not an option. have been meaning to sign up with onesuite and thought now might be the time to do it. Any comment? -- posted by todzio » todzio - onesuite In response to onesuite posted by danflorio:know nothing about satellite except that it's probably expensive. I signed up for a onesuite account. haven't used it much yet. I'll post back with i'm more familiar with it. i have used it to make a couple international calls from my cell which i couldn't do before. i like that. rates are miniscule and as long as i call off-peak, i only incur onesuite's charges. -- posted by todzio » jacquem - onesuite In response to onesuite posted by danflorio:
Onesuite is a prepaid long distance service. You need to recharge or put money to your account if you run out of credits/minutes because they don't do automatic recharge (which I like) Rates are great and very competitive and their customer support are superb. There 2 features I like most which is Zip Dial (Pinless dialing) where you don't need to enter your pin everytime you want to call and Rapidial which is actually a phone book whre you can store up to 50 phone numbers and put a corresponding 2 digit on a particular number. So if you put Mom under "21" then you just dial "21" and pound when the system ask for the phone number you wish to reach instead of dialing the long series of phone numbers. Check the website onesuite.com for more info. Hope this helps. Jacque -- posted by jacquem
